Hi! My name is Josie, and caring for others has always been a big part of who I am. I helped raise my two younger sisters growing up, which taught me responsibility, patience, and how to create a safe and supportive environment for children of all ages.
I’ve also volunteered through church programs caring for children, helping supervise activities, keeping kids engaged, and making sure they felt comfortable and included. I genuinely love being around children and am often at my happiest when I’m spending time with them, whether that’s playing games, helping with homework, doing crafts, reading stories, or simply being a positive and dependable presence in their lives.
I’m a college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and families describe me as kind, trustworthy, organized, and easy to communicate with. I’m also a devoted pet owner and have cared for my dog, Daisy, for the past 10 years. Being responsible for her health, happiness, and daily care has strengthened my nurturing nature and attention to detail.
My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind while creating a fun, safe, and caring environment where children can feel supported, encouraged, and valued. I treat every child with the same patience, kindness, and respect that I would want for my own family.
