Hi my name is Zayneb. I am a student at CSULB. I am offering childcare and petcare. I am a middle child of 3 siblings. I have a very large extended family and always find myself taking care of the children at family gatherings. I have babysat different families for the last 4 years. The responsibilities I took on were preparing dinner, getting the children ready for bed, going to the park, diapering, and putting the children to sleep. I have babysat ages <1 year-10 years. I am responsible, dependable, flexible, safety-conscious, quick thinking, and patient. I am BLS CPR certified. I have a dog, so walking your pet can be included in my service. I am confident in doing dishes, vacuuming, picking up, and laundry.

She was great!

Booked by 3 families in Long Beach, CA

Hello! I'm currently a Design Consultant at an SF based apparel and accessories company. I enjoy making furniture, cooking, and doing anything creative. I have been a nanny/sitter for six years and have worked with children ranging from 3 months-5 years old. Getting to be a nannying/sitter has been an awesome experience because I have gotten to be part of kiddos lives and enjoy watching them grow.

Shanti worked with my family for several months caring for my son 4mo-9mo 20 hours per week. She was a ray of sunshine. She always showed up on time and was not only engaged with my son but also was so proactive in helping out with any and all housekeeping whenever his napping allowed. I always came home to a spotless house. She is also wonderful to talk to!

Hi, I’m Kris! I’m a caring and dependable babysitter with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification. I have over 3 years of experience working as a teacher aide in a preschool and childcare setting, where I created fun, age-appropriate activities and supported children’s learning in a safe and nurturing environment. I’m also currently taking units in early childhood development as I pursue my career goal of becoming a preschool teacher, which continues to strengthen my understanding of child growth, learning, and development. As a mom to a 12-year-old, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your child. I also have hands-on experience caring for children from infancy through school age, including my niece and nephew since they were newborns. I’m patient, reliable, and love engaging kids through reading, creative play, and outdoor walks. I would love the opportunity to support your family and care for your little ones!

Booked by 2 families in Long Beach, CA

Hello, my name is Lacey and I am a second year in college and CSU Long Beach majoring in Public Health. I have always had a passion for working with kids, which is a big part of why I want to become a pediatric PA in the future. I have two nieces and three nephews of my own from infant to 4 years, and spending time with them and babysitting them has given me a lot of hands on experience caring for children of different ages and personalities. I have also babysat for other families with kids who are older ages and really enjoyed creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for them to be in. I would describe myself as patient, responsible, and energetic. I love being creative, playing games, and being outside to have fun, but also love a movie night once in a while. I can do anything from cooking a meal, maybe not gourmet, but something balanced and sustainable and even helping with homework, especially in math and science. I have previously been CPR certified although it recently expired, but I am working on getting certified again! I am also a big animal lover and have four dogs and a cat of my own, so I am completely comfortable caring for pets too. I also have my own reliable car, so I can provide transportation if needed and am also willing to drive the family car if preferred. Overall, I am a dependable and caring babysitter who love making sure kids (and pets!) feel safe, happy, and are well cared for.
