Hi, I’m Emily! I have worked in childcare for about 10+ years, I have been a sitter/nanny, a counselor, a swim coach/instructor and a day care worker. I have a day job where I work for ESPN but I love to work with kids because it makes me happy! I can work with a wide range of ages and a wide range of kids!

Emily was great. My kids warmed up to her quickly. She was on time and asked great questions. She has great communication. I would definitely request her again.

Hi, I’m Izzy! I recently moved to LA from Northern California, where I was born and raised. I’m an actor who loves working with kids and bringing creativity, patience, and care into everything I do. I graduated from UC Berkeley in Spring 2024 with a degree in Theater and Performance Studies and a minor in Dance, which really shows up in how I connect with kids through movement, imagination, and play. Over the years, I’ve worked with numerous families, caring for children of all ages—from newborns to teenagers. I also spent several summers working at my former preschool during high school, which gave me early hands-on experience in a nurturing and structured environment. I’ve often helped with pet care too, including walking dogs, feeding pets, and keeping them happy and safe while families are out or busy. I have a background check, I’m CPR certified, and I’m currently in the process of getting my substitute teaching license. I genuinely love spending time with kids. Whether we’re dancing, dressing up, coloring, reading stories, going on walks, running errands, or just using our imaginations—I always aim to make our time together fun and meaningful. I’m also great at helping with schoolwork and love creating a calm, safe space where kids feel encouraged to be themselves. I can’t wait to get to know your family and spend time with your amazing kid(s)!

Izzy is both professional and super fun with our kids. She is communicative, energetic and fun-loving. We feel very lucky that she is working with our family. She bonded with our kids quickly and they are excited to see her. And she is respectful of our way of being. Izzy is a gem.

Hello everyone reading this! About me: I have been babysitting since I was 15 years old and absolutely love children! Whether it was for the neighbors next door, at the church nursery or for some of my high school teachers, I grew up watching kids! Although I'm more familiar with children from infancy to 6 years of age, I don't shy away from kids who are older. I am a very upbeat and outgoing person so I'm always getting down on the floor and playing with children and helping them expand their imagination! If you have any questions or want to know anything else about my experience, please don't hesitate to ask! :)

Kaci was wonderful! She arrived on time and was personable and professional. My kid had a hard time when we left but she stayed calm and sent a picture of him happily playing after we left. It’s intimidating hiring someone you’ve never met before to watch your beloved child. I’m happy to endorse Kaci for any caregiving responsibility and I look forward to working with her again! Thank yoj for everything, Kaci.

Hi!. I am from the Palm Springs area, where most of my family lives. I am an auntie Becca to 10 great-nephews, and 4 nephews and 6 nieces, and numerous other kids that I have met through Urban Sitter. I grew up in a Hispanic household and have many years of hands-on experience even though I myself never had children. I am currently available Mon-Fri, 4-5 hours a day. Available for date nights.

Sweet, reliable, social and helpful.
