Before becoming a classroom teacher, I owned and operated a licensed large family child care home for 10 years while raising my own two children. As both a teacher and caregiver, I create safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children feel supported and parents have peace of mind. I’m very active and love sports, outdoor adventures, and keeping kids engaged through play. I’m CPR certified and have health and safety training. I also have experience supporting children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Down Syndrome. Every child is unique, and I take pride in meeting them where they are with kindness and encouragement. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with our own two children, exploring the outdoors, and spoiling our friendly little French Bulldog.
