Hello my name is Yeng and I'm a teacher at a center that serves as a Preschool and daycare. I've done alot of babysitting for my family, friends, and coworkers which is why I chose to pursue an education & career in Early Childhood Development and Family Sciences. I'm an extrovert who's typically always found laughing or smiling and making new friends. I believe in providing children with nurture, empathy, and positivity to create a safe space where they can grow. I have 10+ years of experience caring for children (ages 0-12 years). Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, whether that be cooking, hiking, traveling, or exploring together. I hope to have the opportunity to meet new friends and families while making great memories together!

I am an older sister so growing up I would act as the second mom and be very protective over my little sister. In general growing up I was always one of the oldest kids with family friends and just family in general. I was raised surrounded by kids and that is really where I grew the love for them and especially the patience for them. I am such a happy fun, loving and loud person to where I keep the kids entertained or if they get bored I just make up random games on the spot and have some fun. In my first 3 years of high school I coached one of the local youth cheer teams. I worked with ages 4-12 in this role. This past summer before I moved here for school and now I am a seasonal worker I am an employee at Carmel Valley Ranch. I work at the kids camp there. It basically is a everyday day care center where it is a play room where we do crafts, read books, play games, and take the kids outside to enjoy the fresh air. With this and young kids having fun we do clean up the room a good amount of times during the day. With being surrounded by kids through out my whole life I am not studying to go into education for the ages 1st-3rd.
