Since 2007, I have dedicated my professional life to working with children and supporting their growth, development, and success. My background as a special education teacher has given me extensive experience working with children of different ages, personalities, learning styles, and abilities. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in patience, communication, organization, problem-solving, and emotional support, all of which I believe are essential qualities for an excellent caregiver and nanny. Working with children is more than just a job for me—it is something I genuinely enjoy and feel passionate about. I take pride in helping children build confidence, achieve goals, and feel safe, supported, and encouraged in their daily lives.
As a special education teacher, I work closely with children who have unique learning and developmental needs. This experience has taught me how to be adaptable, compassionate, and attentive to each child’s individual personality and needs. I understand that every child learns differently and responds differently to situations, routines, and communication styles. Because of this, I always approach caregiving with patience, understanding, and flexibility. I believe children thrive best when they feel heard, respected, and cared for in a positive environment.
Over the years, I have worked with students on academic goals, social skills, behavioral development, emotional regulation, and daily life skills. My work requires consistency, creativity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. I have learned how to encourage children in a supportive way while also maintaining structure and routines that help them feel secure and confident. These same skills translate naturally into being a nanny and caregiver. I understand the importance of creating a stable, nurturing, and positive atmosphere where children can grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
One of the things I enjoy most about working with children is helping them recognize their strengths and abilities. I believe every child has potential, and I enjoy finding ways to motivate and encourage them to succeed. Whether I am helping with homework, guiding a child through challenges, organizing activities, or simply spending quality time together, I strive to create meaningful interactions that support their development and happiness. I truly enjoy seeing children gain confidence, learn new skills, and accomplish goals.
