My daughter and her husband are ICU nurses and live in San Marcos. I'm retired and worked for 20 years+ as a speaker doing seminars for geotechnical engineers. I retired from being a Notary Public three years ago during the Covid outbreak. I am a very young 72 with no physical problems and a strong back. I love children and miss my grandsons being little as I miss playing games with them and helped to raise them.. We play Scrabble often. I babysit my five grandsons often and enjoy them so much, for free. They are 4, 9, 10, 14 and 16. When my daughter and her husband take their three boys to Colorado to visit that side of the family for 4 or five days, they pay me $100 per day to take care of their lovely house in San Marcos, and their three dogs. I like to be in a clean house, so I keep things picked up. I'm a good cook and I can make anything your child is allowed to eat and do the dishes afterwards. I like to take walks in nice neighborhoods. I would have no problem spending the night once in awhile if you have a special night to celebrate.
