Hi, I’m Mikah! I offer occasional childcare with experience caring for children from 4 weeks old through early teens. I’ve been a nanny since 2018 and was a manager at a local swim school for three years. I’m currently nannying while completing my internship to become a licensed school psychologist. Outside of work, I coach youth cheerleading and compete on a cheer team myself. Hello, I graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 2018, and recently received my masters. I am employed full time at a nonprofit organization, and looking for opportunities on the weekends and evenings. I have over 7 years of experience working with children 4-16yrs. My first experience was taking care of my younger cousins, and then professionally working at a school. I am Elena, an outgoing and friendly undergrad college student currently attending Sac State!🐝 I'm studying to become a mental health clinician at either elementary or middle school, so working with children is something I'm in the long-run for! I'm the eldest to three younger siblings (aged 10 months, 9, and 18) and care for several cats, dogs, and lizards in my home! I have three years of working with children under my belt as an after school program leader to first through sixth graders. I am CPR/AED certified. I am also currently working at Village Montessori in Carmichael caring for preschoolers from 18 months to TK. From these experiences, I am prepared to watch over children at any stage of development!
