I graduated from Princeton University in 2021, and I currently attend UCSF School of Medicine. I have always loved working with children, and I have been babysitting since high school. I am also interested in pursuing pediatrics after medical school. Outside of school (and babysitting), I enjoy reading, watching and playing soccer, practicing yoga, and taking long walks along the beautiful streets of San Francisco. I’m a warm, fun, and organized caregiver with hands-on experience caring for young children. As a parent of a preschool-aged child, I’m very familiar with preschool routines, school pick-up and drop-off, meals and snacks, bath and bedtime routines, reading, crafts, imaginative play, outdoor activities, and helping children navigate transitions and big feelings with patience. I am also good at organizing safe, easy-to-use, and clean environments for families. In addition to caring for my own child, I’ve also looked after toddlers and young children for family members and friends on various occasions. I studied Art and Design and really enjoy creative activities with kids. I’ve also had exposure to early childhood education through helping my aunt, who runs a Montessori preschool. That experience helped me appreciate child-led learning, independence, creativity, and the importance of creating a supportive environment for young children. I’m also experienced and comfortable caring for pets, including dog-sitting and cat-sitting for family and friends. Currently, I mainly take occasional sitter jobs for weekday nights and weekends while I study for my MA and search for a full-time job.
