Hi! My name is Mikaylah, I am currently a college student majoring in liberal studies striving to be an elementary teacher one day. I have about 4 years experience working with school aged children. I taught swim lessons to young kids ages 2-16. I have 2 years worth of instructional aide experience at a few different elementary schools. I also have lots of babysitting experience working with children ages 1-10. I love working with kids because they bring so much joy to the environment, I am more than happy to watch your kids on a date night for parents or just any occasion you have planned/need to get out of the house! I am very much an animal person, I love cats, dogs, turtles, most likely any kind of animal I love! I would more than happy to just be an occasional babysitter or something a little more serious if needed. I’m a full-time college student completing my undergraduate degree for law school and a full-time daycare teacher with over 8 years of experience working with children through daycare, babysitting, volunteer work, and children’s ministry. For the past two years, I’ve worked at the YMCA, where I’ve received certifications in youth development, behavior management, safety, and CPR.
