I am a private school teachers aide for special needs children and have worked with kids aged 6 to 18 in this field. Before being a teacher, I was a respite care provider for special needs children. Overall, I have been in the field professionally for 4 years, but have done nannying since I was 15, for children as young as 3 months! CANCELLATION POLICY: I plan my time and budget around the hours booked, I am aware that things come up from time to time, and I am very understanding of this, so if its less then a week notice for cancellation I do ask that I be paid for 50% of my time that was booked.
