Hi! I'm Kate, and I can help with a lot of things! In my work as a caregiver, educator, and developmental interventionist, I am deeply committed to helping children understand that they matter. In 2018 I earned a master’s degree in School Counseling which gave me in-depth training in child development, social-emotional learning, and behavioral support. After working for years in public schools in various advising/interventionist roles, I decided to apply my knowledge and skills in more flexible, hands-on settings — working directly with children and families in their homes. My name is ElizaBess, I go by Bess. I am 20 years old, a current Registered Behavior Technician, have been sitting for family and friends for around 7 years now and I adore children. I’m very passionate about providing care to children with special needs, specifically autism. I have a pup, Daisy, who is my absolute best friend. In addition to childcare and RBT experience, I also have multiple years of experience in the customer service industry. I got my first job at 14, working at an ice cream shop so I know how to make exceptional treats.
