I just graduated from school with my Doctorate in Occupational therapy and am looking for extra babysitting to help with paying off my student loans. I work in early childhood mental health and school-based OT. I got my undergraduate degree from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon, with a major in Theater, emphasis in set construction. I also have a minor in Early Childhood Development. Before COVID I worked at Cal Shakespeare in Berkeley/Orinda. I have been working with children for the past 18 years as a date night sitter, a nanny, a childcare worker, and a preschool teacher. I have experience with all ages. I am CPR certified, and I recently just refreshed my certification. I love working with all types of children. I love to play games (inside and outside), watch movies, build forts, and I especially love arts and crafts with the kiddos.

I have experience running creative workshops, which have included making earrings, bracelets, tissue paper flowers, skewer sculptures, slime, play dough, hula hoops, and sugar skulls w/ royal icing for Day of the Dead. I also have experience teaching people to make sauerkraut and preserved lemons. Overall, being thorough with details and having clear communication is very important to me.
