Experience: --I was a nanny for a 13- and 14-year-old the summer after college. --I worked at a home for children in Mexico for three years, where I cared for the children and helped with various education projects. --I taught reading and writing at an elementary school and was a Community School Director at a junior high. --I have a Master’s Degree in International Development and Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy. Beyond childcare, I also have experience caring for animals. At home, I take care of our two dogs as well as geese, ducks, and chickens. These responsibilities have taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, and maintaining a routine—qualities that carry over into caregiving for children. I love caring for children and animals alike and have made it my life’s work to nurture, teach, and support others!
