Hi! My name’s Izzy and this is my first time using an app to be a caregiver! I am a Registered Nurse with Swedish Medical and have been nursing for over 5 years. I work primarily with the geriatric population and am ACLS/CPR certified, but completed a semester of pediatric nursing and did have my PALS certification (now expired). Growing up I babysat intermittently for over a decade (2 y.o. to 12 y.o.), ran summer camps through my local church (school age children), and nannied (3 y.o. and 6 y.o.) for two summers. I am comfortable around all animals and have always owned a dog, am knowledgeable in caring for them, as well as administering medications to them if needed. Hi! I am a mother of five children ranging in age from 4-14 years old. Now that my kiddos are all in school, I am looking to work part-time. In addition to being a stay at home mama, I have been working with children of all ages in daycare, school, camp, and home settings for over 25 years. I most recently worked at my children's school as the napping house assistant for 16 kindergarteners. I am also a certified postpartum doula and have worked with several families as they made the transition into parenthood. I love cooking, practicing yoga, and indoor rock climbing.
