Hi! My name is Tori Lawson, I am 20 years old and I am going into my senior year at the University of Alabama. I am going back to school on August 14th so I am completely available until then. I have experience babysitting my younger cousins, I have been babysitting them since I was 13 years old. I also worked as a counselor for a summer camp. There, I was taking care of children ages 3-14, while mainly focusing on children ages 6-10. I am absolutely a dog lover!! I have a small shish tzu at home, but am very comfortable with dogs of any size and age! I also take care of my sister’s cats when she is away from home so I would be comfortable helping out with cats as well. I do not have any experience in senior caretaking, however I would love to help out with driving to appointments, cooking dinner, or other tasks the job may require. I am also happy to work as a household assistant with cooking, cleaning, or whatever you might need!! One thing to know about me is that I am currently majoring in psychology, as well as minoring in sociology and neuroscience. I plan to continue my education and pursue a career in child psychology, where I will be able to help children work through problems and guide them to a better future for themselves.

I work full-time in architecture and have over 20 years of experience caring for children of all ages and needs, from newborns through teens. I enjoy arts and crafts, science experiments, cooking, and active play, and I thoughtfully adapt my care to each child and family. I’m CPR certified with a clean driving record. My experience includes light household chores, meal prep, school pick-ups and drop-offs, bedtime routines, homework help, and supporting multiples and children with special needs. I currently volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters (6.5 years) and serve on the board of NOMAct, where I chair K–12 outreach and lead fun, hands-on architectural learning for kids.

I have 8+ years of experience in childcare and teaching ballet. I grew up in a large family and have had many childcare and teaching jobs over the past years. Working with children is something I enjoy doing on a weekly basis, as I'm a ballet instructor for a couple studios in the area! I like teaching children concepts and watching them grow in their understanding of them. I've done coursework in Early Childhood Development and would be happy to tutor and assist with online learning. I am also happy to help with Driving, Housekeeping, Laundry, etc. I'm looking for a job with hours mostly in the afternoons and evenings (after I get out of the studio) and weekends.

I'm an empty-nester with over 40 years experience of being a mother and grand mother. I am a gardener and dog-lover with my own experience teaching children educational horticulture while also having a very active Weimerainer named Phineas!

Hi, my name is Divine. I am a 23-year-old college student at the University of Connecticut, majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. I am bilingual and speak both French and English, which has helped me connect easily with children and families from diverse backgrounds. I grew up in a large family, where I regularly cared for my younger siblings and cousins. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment for children. In addition, I worked at an elementary school for four months as part of a Lighthouse Program, where I supported and supervised children in a structured school setting. This experience strengthened my ability to work with kids in both educational and recreational environments. I am comfortable with cooking, cleaning, and assisting with household tasks. I also have a valid driver’s license and can help with transportation when needed. I enjoy engaging children in creative activities such as painting, as well as simple and fun hairstyling. I truly enjoy working with children and take pride in creating a positive and caring environment for them.😊
