Hi! I'm Crystal, and I am a singer and a Certified Full-Spectrum Doula. I am currently offering childcare, pet care, and senior care I love singing, reading, cooking, arts and crafts, and education. I believe that exploring and developing independence and creativity are super important in every stage of life. It builds confidence and breeds curiosity, which never goes away. I have worked with children in various settings and all age brackets (newborn to 16). Some of my responsibilities have been as a Nanny (household chores, errands, appointments, cooking, getting kiddos ready for school, and bedtime routine), an after-school instructor (classroom management, homework assistance, SEL activities, crafts, reading tutoring, communication with teachers to understand better where students are, communication with parents about expectations), and as a camp counselor. I have experience with senior care, and pet care as well. I can drive to appointments, pick up, ensure the correct dosages of medication are taken, and prepare meals, etc. I currently assist in doing so for my own grandmother. Growing up my grandma owned a daycare and I would help her take care of kids and plan arts and crafts time for them. I also have recent experience over the past 2 summers of working at a stay away camp looking over multiple different age groups of kids over the age of 6 full time. After my first summer I was promoted to leader of my cabin group and have learned to keep things together, better my communication, and still keep kids happy! Pets wise, I have 3 cats and a dog so I know how to manage!
