Hi! My name is Julieta. I am a 23 year old college student, studying Nutrition and applying to Medical School this upcoming May. I have experience with babysitting since I was in middle school and leading after school clubs with younger kids who are learning how to read or teaching them Spanish and culture. I also have worked at a Children's museum for almost two years. As well as, making kids comfortable while working in the ER as a tech. I love to have fun with kids by interacting with any activity they love to do whether its joining in on their imagination, games, crafts, or going outside to play! I am a huge believer in exercise, being outdoors, and staying healthy so I am open to going to parks or simply playing outside. In addition, I am super informed about allergies and food sensitivities so I would love to know what I can do to ensure safety. Been to many medical emergency/CPR trainings as well. I am a great communicator whether it is through the phone or texting so I can keep you updated! My focus is to make you as parents and the kids as comfortable as possible. As of pets I grew up always around animals whether it was having a 160 pound Newfoundland dog to a mini Australian Shepard and a elderly cat or even having a bearded dragon once! I love to take dogs on a walks or simply playing with them. I have a cat of my own and our favorite thing to do together is take naps :)

I'm an experienced mother of three and grandmother of 5, also have been teaching Sunday school at Second Unitarian Church of Chicago for several years. I enjoy being with children and treat them with respect and care. I started babysitting when I was 13 and now that I'm older, I'm enjoying continuing to care for babies and children. Hi! My name is Kara and I'm currently a sophomore at UIC studying theatre. I am offering childcare, cat sitting, and household services. I've always loved babysitting and have been watching infants, toddlers, and kids since I was fourteen (I have a really big family with lots of younger cousins who I've helped out with all my life), as well as worked at a daycare where I took care of children ages infant to five years old. Due to my theatre background I regularly include make believe play in my interactions with children, using different voices and mannerisms while asking the children questions and helping to build their imaginative skills. On top of that I've also been certified by the Red Cross in infant and regular CPR. I can also work as a household assistant and can clean and run errands. As I have my own cat I am more than comfortable with cat sitting and have done so for multiple family friends.
