Compassionate and dependable caregiver, specializing in creative and recreational caregiving, with experience supporting children, adults with disabilities, and elders. A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I bring a creative approach to caregiving, incorporating activities that engage, stimulate, and inspire those I support.
I bring experience working in a preschool with children aged 2-4 years old. I also have experience in bilingual classrooms with children aged 3–10, supporting learning, engagement, and individualized attention to meet students’ diverse needs. These experiences have strengthened my patience, adaptability, and communication skills, allowing me to connect with individuals of all ages and abilities.
Additionally, in my part-time role at Renewal Memory, I provide companionship and meaningful engagement for adults with Alzheimer’s, assisting with daily routines and creating a supportive, positive environment. I am also a volunteer at Arts of Life, where I help support professional artists with disabilities by offering guidance, assistance, and encouragement in their daily work.
I also have hands-on experience in household management and organization, maintaining structured environments, managing schedules, and supporting daily tasks to keep routines running smoothly. My combination of caregiving expertise, creative approach, and organizational skills allows me to provide meaningful, engaging, and well-rounded care for those I support.
