I am fully COVID-19 vaccinated and pediatric CPR + first aid certified. I hold a Master’s degree in Child Study & Human Development from Tufts University. Hi everyone! I am Dalia, a current MPH student at Boston University. I moved to Boston to continue my education after teaching pre-school aged students (6 months to 5 years old) after completing my undergraduate degree in Human Development at Connecticut College. During college I volunteered at our Lab School, working with children aged 2 to 5 years old. In addition, I was a summer camp counselor, teaching ceramics to campers aged 6 to 16 years old and living in a cabin with children 11 to 13 years old. I love art, cooking/baking, being outside and going to museums! I do not have access to a car in Boston but happy to pick up your child via bus/train or by walking. Hello! My name is Star and I have been described as a positive, patient, and attentive caregiver. I am a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with my bachelors degree in horticultural science with a business focus. I have worked with Children in many summer camp settings, including two summers at Amherst recreation as a lead counselor. I have also spent much of my young adult adulthood babysitting, taking care of children from ages 2 to 14. I am currently a afterschool teacher at Baker elementary school working with kids from grades one to six. I am reliable and can do household tasks like laundry, cooking, and basic cleaning.

I'm a current master's student studying medical sciences with plans to attend medical school next year. I've led youth ministry at my church, working with toddlers through preteens. This included creating fun and meaningful lessons, supervising during services, and supporting families. My relationships with families in the church have also led to trusted babysitting opportunities. Outside of church, I've volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club, primarily supporting elementary-aged children with science-related activities and after-school care.
