Hi! I'm Lisa. I'm a dedicated, energetic, and personable mom of four who has been raising my family for the past 11 years - my children are 4, 6, 9 and 11. As the third oldest of eight, I have a lifetime of experience with babysitting, bonding with, and helping children. I don't shy away from household work, either! I am looking to get back into the workforce in a capacity that both suits my own schedule and allows me to highlight my strengths. In addition to my practical experience of being a mom and running a household, I have past experience in the professional workforce. Those jobs have included office manager, administrative assistant, file clerk, and similar positions. In each of my past jobs, there has been some element of at least some of these skills: organizing; maintaining and at times devising filing systems - both digital and traditional; maintaining calendars/schedules; training co-workers; writing manuals. Writing, proofreading, and editing are great strengths of mine and ones I enjoy utilizing. I have previously cared for others' children, as well as been a dogsitter and cat sitter. Understanding the demands of parenthood (and adulthood in general), I also understand the demands of family life. Need light housework, laundry, reorganizing/cleaning spaces, or other such tasks in your home or office? Lessening the weight of these loads will allow you and your family to function better. (I have a great interest in highlighting and growing my organizing talents!) I am personable, a fast learner, enthusiastic, sincere, and have a lot of experience interacting with people in various settings. We have a very close bond, and caring for him taught me how to keep kids engaged, supported, and on a healthy routine. Hi! I just graduated nursing school from the University of South Caroline in December of 2022. I am living at home for a few months before I move down to Charleston, SC this spring to start a job on a cardiac floor at MUSC. I have worked with children of all ages and capabilities since I was in middle school. I have always loved caring for children, so I hope to one day work in a NICU or pediatric unit!
