I have 7 years of professional experience working with children and would love the chance to support your family. As the oldest sibling in my family, caring for children has always been a big part of my life. I first discovered my love for childcare while helping care for my two younger sisters, who are my world. Over the years, I've continued babysitting and tutoring children of different ages, from toddlers to elementary schoolers, in both home and school settings. I’m patient, responsible, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids -- whether that’s helping with homework, doing crafts, going to the park, playing games, or simply creating a safe and fun environment for them. I also have a car and am happy to help with transportation, appointments, pick-ups/drop-offs, errands, or activities if needed. I’m also a huge animal lover! I have worked within the Mental Health field as the Outreach Director, Quality Assurance, and worked one on one with children's mental health by conducting assessments and also a case manager for children ranging from the ages of 2-18. I have also been a caregiver for seniors, and children, and pets. Sometimes all at the same time under one roof! I currently work as an elementary teacher. Working hand and hand with children in our special education realm of the school. Specifically with 1st and 4th grade. However, I check in on all grade levels.
