Growing up in a large family meant that I always was intimately acquainted with just how intense and rewarding it can be to raise children. Even though it can be chaotic at times, seeing the world through new eyes is exciting. As such, for all of high school, I babysat children from the ages of 3-10, taking them to after-school lessons, making dinners and spending time going on adventures! In addition, I also tutored in a local elementary school, assisting technology classes and helping students with beginner coding and typing skills. As a university student currently, I have continued to tutor in math and reading comprehension for students aged from 5-17.

Hi! My name is Maylani, and I am entering my junior year of college studying Public Health Science. Afterwards, I attended University of Maryland where I obtained my Masters of Business Adminstration. I have worked within the Mental Health field as the Outreach Director, Quality Assurance, and worked one on one with children's mental health by conducting assessments and also a case manager for children ranging from the ages of 2-18.
