I will help your aged mom remember to take her meds, be sure she doesn't fall, play scrabble with grandpa, and prep their favorite sandwich with just the right amount of butter (that's important). I am respectful of all religions (or no religion), and will be sure to uphold your family's priorities so that your children have continuity within your home's environment. Just explain to me what your values are, and I'll consistently reflect them to your kids and elders (even if they are not my own values). I am friendly with all ethnicities.
