I've been a childcare provider for over seven years, motivated by my passion for fostering children's growth and development and my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. I believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn, play, and grow. As a patient, calm, creative, and friendly caregiver, I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that enhance their learning. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously and am available to provide references upon request. Hello! I’m a mom of a 5 year old daughter as of May! Currently we are getting back on our feet just her and I, along with our special needs (IVDD) Corgi, Henree! I love kids with a passion and it’s so fun and rewarding to hear their laughs and see their smiles as friendships are formed. Although I have only babysat and was a nanny growing up starting in middle school and throughout high school, I’m confident in my motherhood era and I would take care of your child(ren) as they are my own! Hello!! I retired early after 38 years of teaching. I received Elementary Education as well special education degrees from Luther College in Decorah, IA. I later received my Early Child Special Education degree from Mankato State University and my Graduate Degree from St Mary's University. I am presently driving two hours to care for my 2 year old granddaughter in Hopkins, Mn. I typically watch her two weeks each month, and rotate with a couple others. My schedule varies. I typically do not watch her on Tuesdays or weekends. She truly has been a blessing in our lives. I am a mother of two—a 5- year-old and an 11-month-old—so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children. I currently work as a special education assistant in the Minneapolis school district and have been in this role for the past five years. I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, as well as those with emotional and behavioral needs, from kindergarten through 6th grade. Before this, I worked as a teacher’s assistant in a daycare setting for over four years, caring for children from infants to school age.
