I am a dedicated educator and parent with 17 years of Elementary teaching experience and a Master’s degree in School Counseling. Over nearly two decades, I have guided children of all ages through their academic, social, and emotional development. My background in school counseling equips me with a deeply empathetic, patient approach, allowing me to connect with children on their level, foster emotional resilience, and tailor activities to their unique learning styles. As a parent of two children of my own, I bring both professional expertise and real-world parenting instincts to every family I support. I have tons of experience working with children, especially those in the five and under range. I have previously worked as a camp counselor for preschool aged children, in which I was the lead counselor responsible for fifteen four year old children. I also used to be a swim coach, teaching assistant, and still babysit and teach swim lessons today. All of these jobs have given me a multitude of different experiences with kids and have taught me how to best work with them depending on the situation.
