I’m originally from Seattle and moved to New York in 2015 to study acting. I joined UrbanSitter during college and have been using it as my day job ever since. I have 18 years of childcare experience, ranging from date nights and private nannying to daycare and summer camps. Cancellation policy: cancellation less than 24 hours my policy is full payment. If it’s within 72 hours, it’s half the agreed payment, and more than 72 there isn’t a fee. If you come home more than 15 minutes late with no communication I reserve the right to charge a late fee on top of that extra time. If you come home early I still charge for the full time booked since I had to block that time out in my calendar, unless we’ve agreed on it beforehand.
