Hello! My name is Natalie. I most recently completed a public policy fellowship with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in Washington, DC. While I discern my next career steps, I’m looking to spend some time doing something that energizes me— working with children and youth! I have served as a private babysitter for toddlers and young children, a student teacher for two first grade classrooms, and a summer camp counselor. Finally, as a family engagement specialist at a local childcare financial assistance resource and referral agency, I worked with parents and children to improve positive child development. Hi- My name is Olu, and i’m currently a freshman in college and work as an assistant teacher at a daycare in Madison, where I’ve been for about a year. In my role, I supervise playtime, lead simple learning activities, help with meals and naps, and make sure the children are in a safe, supportive environment throughout the day.
