I loved tutoring my younger siblings, cooking dinner for my family, and generally "babysitting" them when my parents weren't home. My oldest brother is on the autism spectrum and has a variety of special needs, which has given me some first hand experience with what taking care of a special needs individual can look like. My siblings also gave me experience navigating dietary restrictions and severe allergies.

I am an experienced educator who has worked with children of all ages, teaching arts programs for kids and teens and serving as Director of several arts schools in the Philadelphia area. I hold two master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, maintain current Pennsylvania clearances, and can support your child with reading, homework, educational projects, and creative activities. I am also a lifelong animal lover. I’ve fostered many cats and rabbits, currently care for a dog and two cats, and have experience with turtles and fish. I’m comfortable providing attentive, compassionate care for a wide range of pets. In addition, I’m happy to offer caregiving and companionship for a senior parent or relative.
