With over 6 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to school-age kids, I’ve enjoyed working as a full-time nanny, part-time nanny, and an au pair. I’m passionate about outdoor activities and love spending time in nature. Whether going for walks, playing outside, or organizing fun activities in the fresh air, I believe in keeping children active and engaged. Hi! I’m offering part time childcare, senior care, home care and pet care as services. I’ve been a Lake Tahoe Westshore resident for the past 11 years. My husband and I moved here from Eagle, CO just in time for our daughter to start 1st grade. She’s now a senior at North Tahoe High School. She’s been involved with the cheer and tennis programs but loves the snowboarding winter program the most. We also have two beautiful sisters we are currently a Resource Family for ages 17 & 11. I come from a large family of 7 siblings whom all have children of their own. I’ve taken care of plenty of children from newborn to teenagers. We have an 8 year old German shepherd who absolutely loves the winter but hates bikes and bears. :) My 82 year old Father in law is widowed and retired so we moved him in with us 6 years ago. My nephew also resides with us as we’ve helped raise him since infancy. I was a Communications and Theatre major in College. I’m currently a licensed Real Estate agent in CA and NV. I absolutely love children of all ages. I love to cook and I’m good with everyday housework and have plenty of experience in all aspects of home care. I love everything outdoors to biking, walking, swimming, paddle boarding or just time playing at the beach or on the mountain. I am a current licensed Placer County Resource Parent (Foster Family ) which includes CPR/AED:Adult,Children,Infant + First Aid (BLS) Certification.

I love kids! I really enjoy spending time with kids, taking care of them, attending to their needs, having fun with them mainly, as kids can really teach us so much about ourselves. I have a mechanical engineering degree from CU Boulder, and am currently a kid's ski instructor at Alpine Meadows. I also am CPR certified, have my EMT license, 200 hour yoga teaching certification, and was an ocean lifeguard for five years. I am used to being responsible for other people, adults or kids or dogs, and will make sure your kids have fun.

Hi! My name is Lucía, I am 26 years old and I consider myself a patient, responsible, and committed person in everything I do. I study Psychology and have taken courses related to child development and behavior, which allows me to better understand children’s emotions and needs according to their age. In the future, I would love to work in therapy with children, which is why learning from them is very important to me. I also love pets, I have a dog myself who’s very anxious so I know how to deal with pers that are a little more shy or don’t trust enough at first.

I’ve worked with children, seniors, and animals in various settings over the years. I’ve taught English to children in foreign countries, worked at day cares, kids art booths, baby sat, worked with seniors in hospice care. Growing up I helped take care of my grandmother. I’ve had dogs my whole life and have worked with exotic animals that were rescues.
