Hi, I’m Emari!
I’m a Lead Infant Teacher at The Goddard School in Las Vegas with over three years of hands-on childcare experience working with infants, toddlers, and pre-K in both classroom and home settings. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, understood, and free to be themselves. In my current role, I design individualized lesson plans and focus on each child’s unique developmental needs.
I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and value consistency, patience, and strong emotional awareness in my approach. I believe structure and warmth go hand in hand, and I always aim to create routines that help children feel secure while still encouraging curiosity and growth.
My personality is naturally upbeat, observant, and intuitive. I love building genuine connections with the children I work with and supporting those little “lightbulb moments” along the way. I see childcare as more than supervision—it’s about guiding, teaching, and being a positive, steady presence in a child’s life.
Outside of childcare, I enjoy film, writing, art, music, and spending time outdoors. I bring that creativity into my work whenever I can, whether it’s through storytelling, play-based learning, or fun, engaging activities.
I’m currently looking for a full-time position where I can become a trusted, consistent part of a family’s routine and build a meaningful, lasting connection! :)
