My other professional background in e-commerce & retail management has primed me for being able to prioritize, the ability to patiently & positively meet needs, to clearly communicate, and being comfortable with taking responsibility. Most importantly, it has made me realize that if I have to get a headache about something work related, it might as well be from an adorable screaming child. Things to know: -I have a 3 hour job minimum unless otherwise agreed upon -If my commute is reasonably 1+ hour away I also ask for half of my transit time be compensated.
