Hi! My name is Nancy, and hopefully, I'll be your family's next babysitter. I live in Bed-Stuy and first moved to Brooklyn 10+ years ago. But, I was born and raised in Oakland, CA. I have grown up working in childcare environments. My mom is a preschool teacher for the Oakland Unified School District, so I've spent most of my life tagging along and assisting her in every aspect of her job - the curriculum, nutrition, or just fun time. Formerly, I was a full time nanny for a 3 month old til she was 18 months old and started Montessori. I’m particularly experienced with that age of development from bottle feeding, preparing homemade baby food, doing some family assistant, and more I am experienced babysitting for all ages, from newborns to preteens. My skills with children can be catered to your child and adapted to any environment. I have experience with families from the conscious Bay Area lifestyle to the alternatively fast-paced Los Angeles and New York clientele. (I've lived and babysat in all cities) I love children, and they love me. As a caretaker, I don't believe in being absent-minded or distant.
