I've been caring for children for as long as I can remember. As the oldest sibling, with brothers nearly 10 years younger than me, I began helping care for them when I was just 7 years old. Because my mother worked nights, I took on many caregiving responsibilities from the time they were infants. Those experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of creating a safe, loving environment for children.
