Renee 1 review
$18 per hour for 1 child

Hello! My name is Renee and I am an 18 year old senior graduating 2026. I offer child care, pet care, and a bit of household services. Since as young as I can remember I have been babysitting for family members and close family friends; ranging from infants to toddlers and kids (8months - 10yo) My responsibilities include baths, entertainment, snacks, and just ensuring their well being. I worked for a summer school/camp for over 2 summers with elementary school students where I had to transport them from place to place, help with tutoring and work, and making sure they had a fun time up at site or at the school facilities. For household services I am able to run errands and do some cleaning. I have a love for pets as I have a cat myself and am comfortable with pet sitting friendly animals!! With that being said, I may not have a lot to show on my profile but I can assure you I take my jobs seriously and ensure safety. I’m always available to answer questions as well just reach out.

Renee is a very hard working girl that does what she can to her best abilities, very much on her own pace and time. She's very good at crafts for entertainment that keeps people busy at times. She was really into baking as a kid and is trying to get into cooking as of recently. She is almost always available after school hours (2:30) or when no events are happening as she is a senior in high school. She has been babysitting for relatives/family since a younger age up until highschool. She babysat all 3 of her nephews/niece since they were babies. She loves taking care of kids and being around them. For 2 summers she worked at a summer camp as a counselor for elementary school kids and is planning on going back this summer as well. On top of that she recently adopted a cat who has been attached to her since we took her home and takes care of sher like her own child. Renee is very good with pets as long as they are docile and friendly. Though she doesn't have a car, transportation would be the main topic but given the time she always tries to be timely and prepared with her jobs.

Dana 2 reviews
$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in Oakland Gardens, NY

Hi! I’m Dana — a NYC-based babysitter who’s new to UrbanSitter, but with over a year of part-time childcare experience for a family here in the city. I currently still work with this family on a salaried basis and am looking to pick up occasional babysitting and part-time work. The family I work with has three children, currently ages 7–12, and I’m comfortable caring for children ages 3 and up. My background also includes teaching summer camp, leading a children’s choir at church, and handling after-school pick-ups and daily routines. I’ve lived in New York City for 8 years and know the city very well. I’m extremely comfortable navigating neighborhoods, transportation, school schedules, and the general pace of city life, which helps me stay calm, organized, and reliable. In addition to childcare, I bring a wide range of professional experience, including working as a MainStage performer for Disney Tokyo and at Trader Joe’s. These roles strengthened my communication skills, dependability, and ability to stay positive, focused, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. I’m upbeat, punctual, and very engaged, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids — whether that’s doing creative activities, supporting routines, or being a steady, caring presence. I’m comfortable caring for multiple children and pride myself on clear, thoughtful communication with parents. I’d love to connect! If you’d like a reference from the family I currently work for, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to share. Please message me with any questions or to set up an interview. I look forward to meeting you and your kids!

Dominion 1 review
$30 per hour for 1 child

Hi, I’m Dominion, and I’m a biology graduate from the college of mount Saint Vincent, NY. I used to work as a microbiologist and now preparing for my masters program. I offer reliable child care, and household services. I have a passion for babysitting and have been caring for children—from newborns to preteens, including all my little cousins during summer vacations. My experience includes school pickups, engaging activities like crafts, tutoring, and even managing dance lessons. In addition to babysitting, I could provide household support, including cleaning, and running errands. I have experience caring for my grandparents, so I'm comfortable with senior care, whether it’s preparing meals, or helping with daily tasks. My hobbies include listening to music, YouTube, shopping, working in a laboratory and reading leisurely. Looking forward to meeting you!

When my mother-in-law was unexpectedly unavailable, I reached out to Dominion and she saved the day! She arrived on time and instantly connected with my 6-month-old, which is no easy feat considering that I work from home and my daughter is super attached to me. I was instantly comforted by my daughter's smile when Dominion reached for her and by Dominion's innate ability to soothe her when she did get a bit fussy later in the day. She understood my daughter's cues, and we had a chance to laugh about them together after I had finished a few meetings. She also treated my home with great respect and showed a genuine interest in getting to know my family. I know I will continuously reach out to her when needed. Thank you, Dominion!

Hi! I’m a responsible 19-year-old sitter in the Bronx with 4 years of babysitting experience. I’ve cared for children of various ages and am comfortable managing multiple kids while keeping things organized, safe, and fun. I can assist with meal prep, light household chores, and homework help — especially in ELA and Social Studies. I’m reliable, patient, and always focused on creating a positive and supportive environment for your family. Everyone needs a break sometimes and I hope to be able to provide that for you!

Zoe was a delight! She is so caring, polite, reliable, punctual and communicative while she cared for my son. My son loved her!! I Would definetely book again.
