As a mom of three, grandmother of three, and a former K-3 teacher (B.S. Ed from Miami University), I bring a wealth of experience and a calm, organized energy to every home. Beyond my background as a YMCA camp director, I am a graduate of the Paws-Ability dog training program and am comfortable caring for everything from high-energy dogs like my Australian Shepherd, Piper, to smaller friends like turtles and birds. I find working with children, the elderly, and pets to be very rewarding. Part of my volunteer experience includes spending time with Veterans in assisted living or memory care. I love hearing stories they share about their life and watching their face light up as they relive the memory. I have learned so much from the wealth of knowledge elderly have. I’m a freshman in college at the University of Cincinnati studying elementary education but am from Indianapolis, Indiana. I’ve been babysitting for years throughout middle and high school.
