We’re both warm, patient, responsible, and easygoing, and we really enjoy creating an environment where kids can feel comfortable being themselves. Mariah is a professional graphic designer and naturally brings a lot of creativity to the table—whether that means arts and crafts, drawing, imaginative play, or coming up with a fun activity on the fly. She’s nurturing, attentive, and loves encouraging kids’ creativity and interests. Austin is dependable, calm, playful, and incredibly patient. He’s great at making people feel comfortable and brings a fun, steady energy that balances Mariah’s creative side really well. Together, we make a great team: we’re attentive and responsible while still being silly, engaging, and willing to get down on the floor and actually play! We understand that trusting someone with your children is a big deal, so communication, safety, and respecting each family’s routines and boundaries are extremely important to us. We’re happy to help with playtime, meals and snacks, homework, bedtime routines, activities, and keeping things tidy along the way. We’re also animal lovers and very comfortable in homes with pets—we have two rescue dogs of our own! Most of all, we hope to be the kind of caregivers kids are genuinely excited to see and parents can feel completely comfortable having in their home. Hi! I am 19 and currently going into my sophomore year of college at the University of cincinnati! I have experience working with kids from being a swim instructor teaching kids how to swim and also teaching babies pool safety, I also have experience from teaching gymnastics to 3- 5 year olds and and baby gymnastics and mobility to 6 months- 2 year olds, So i have worked with kids of all ages and seen development at each stage. Hey! I'm Tati, and I've been a stay-at-home mom and homeschool teacher for the past 12 years -- and I've been caring for kids for most of my life. My son started school last year, so I've started doing part-time work babysitting for infants. I was just re-certified in First Aid, CPR, and the Basic Babysitting and Advanced Childcare Training Courses through the American Red Cross. I'm most comfortable caring for infants and toddlers and would prefer to stay within that age group. I don't believe in exposing kids to screens and too much technology too early in life, and instead like to spend time bonding with them. Some things I like to do while babysitting are taking walks, reading, listening to music, singing, dancing, tummy-time, and playing with toys. :)
