I absolutely love kids especially the first 5 years of age! I graduated with a degree in Child Development from CSU Sacramento in 2010. I have been a preschool teacher for many years and am currently subbing when needed :)! I have been babysitting since I was 16 and have mostly worked in morning/after school programs, preschools and day cares. I take the safety of your child very seriously and will always have that as my main priority. A little about me: I love going to the beach and being outside! I am very family oriented, I love my friends, going to concerts, going on adventures like hiking waterfalls and traveling to all sorts of new places! I love being outside so when I babysit and it’s a nice day- if you are comfortable with it I will take your kiddos on adventures around town to different parks, splash pads, etc! On days when staying inside is a better choice, there are plenty of activities we can think of to do! I’m a huge music fan and love the Beatles the most! When I babysit, I typically like to bring along my instruments for all my little friends to play (ukulele, harmonica, etc). I love to sing songs and do interactive songs like “We are the Dinosaurs” or “slippery fish.” I’m not a huge fan of screens- I don’t even have internet at my house haha! I try to be as engaging as possible- I realize, however, there are those times kiddos just want to watch a movie on a Friday night haha I don’t mind either way!
