I’m an experienced and dependable caregiver with a strong background in working with children of all ages. I’m a parent of three and an active uncle to my nephew, all of whom attend school in the Mansfield ISD. I’m deeply involved in their daily routines, academics, and extracurricular activities. I handle school drop-offs and pick-ups, help with homework, and participate in field trips and classroom events throughout the year. In addition to caring for my own children, I volunteer regularly across all grade levels in the MISD district, which has given me hands-on experience supporting students and teachers in different age groups and learning environments. I also serve on various committees within the district as both a parent and community leader. I’m known for being patient, responsible, and organized, with a calm and positive personality that helps children feel safe, supported, and valued. Greetings! My name is Rhonda, I am a parent and a public school teacher with Arlington ISD. I have 25 years teaching experience, mainly in early childhood education and special education. I have a Master's in Special Education and have experience working with students who have physical, intellectual and emotional disabilities. I have training in trauma-informed parenting and teaching. As a parent and previous nursery worker, I have additional experience caring for children of all ages. I also have experience providing companionship and light physical care to elderly family members. I am also willing to do light tasks around the house and prepare simple meals for those I'm caring for. I love animals, so your pets would also be in good hands with me. I am 22 years old. I am currently a barista at Starbucks par-time and I do online schooling part time as well. I am first generation who has a twin brother. My brother and I are the first in the family to seek bachelor degrees! I am very empathetic and always give to my loved ones without expecting anything in return. I am a sensitive kiddo but with great communication I am very open minded and can go through any obstacle in life! :) I am striving to become a marketing analyst as a career, but in all I just want to help people and seek happiness in this life.
