About Me Hi! My name is Maria, and I’m a former Firefighter/EMT and U.S. Marine veteran offering dependable childcare, newborn care, pet care, and household support. I have experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, and children. Before joining the military, I worked as a nanny for a family in Westlake, Austin from 2[removed], caring for their four children and helping with their daily routines and needs. I also grew up helping my mom, who worked as a housekeeper, care for a child from about 1 year old through age 8. Along with childcare, I helped with laundry, making beds, cleaning, and keeping the home organized. More recently, I helped my cousin and her husband during the first three weeks of their newborn’s life.
