Hi families! I am a middle school teacher (cooking-- yes, it exists!) with nearly twelve years in the classroom. Originally from the midwest, I spent many summers growing up working as a nanny, babysitting for neighbors, and eventually working in summer camps and a daycare for four years during college. I have always been in roles working with children of various ages, and my career in education has allowed me to continue fulfilling my passion. I teach my students how to cook, shop, and plan meals for themselves, in hopes of giving them confidence in the kitchen. I love what I do, even on the most chaotic days!
