Hi all! My name is Margaret (she/her) and I am, by day, a private practice somatic therapist. I received a BS in Psychology and Family Science and minor in Women's Studies. I received my masters in Social Work from UW. I love working with adults & being in the body, but deeply miss the childcare that I was doing before my career. I have around ~15 years of babysitting experience with kids ranged from 9 months - 14 years old. I love the energy kids have and so appreciate their awe and excitement about the world. I value encouragement, curiosity, creativity, communication, autonomy, and mindfulness in my interactions with kids! A little about me: I've been in Seattle for 3 years, I have a bachelor and masters degree and have worked for many prestigious companies including Disney, Paramount, and Expedia and a variety of lovely nonprofits. I have 20 years of childcare experience, starting with my three younger siblings (spanning 2-18 years younger than me) and babysitting for my mom's nurse friends all through high school and college.
