Rebekah $20 per hour for 1 child

Hello, I’m Rebekah 😊 I have almost 10 years of experience working with children in various settings. When I was in high school I taught dance to 3-10 year olds and had a consistent babysitting job. My undergraduate degree is in Elementary Education. I have worked in several formal and informal educational settings (day camps/overnight camps/after school programs/childcare centers). A couple of years ago I moved to Seattle and am now working full time as an administrative assistant. I’m looking for an occasional - to part time babysitting position. Some of my favorite movements working with kids include making crafts, exploring nature, fun science experiments and playing card games. I am currently only certified for Adult CPR in addition to general first aid. I have received Infant child CPR certifications in the past. After graduating college I received my preliminary teaching license. However, at the time I went to work in outdoor education settings. Due to this, my teaching license expired around 3 years ago. I have experience working with kids in Montessori settings. Also, I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats. Percy and Hercules are my cats and I am the main sitter for my sister’s two dogs.

$24 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in Seattle, WA

Nanny with many years of varied experience available for one child (age 3+). I genuinely enjoy talking with kids and standing back a little to allow them to grow and bloom. I love reading (same book, ten times in a row!), art and literacy. I would be interested in helping a child where primary language in the home is not English (I have TESOL certificate). Zero interest in screen time, for myself or for the child. I enjoy physical activity and being outdoors. Excellent companion to any child who might benefit from occasional hours of one-on-one attention during periods of transition or overwhelm. Thank you!

$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Seattle, WA

Hello! My name is Karolina. I’m originally from Ukraine and speak both Russian and Ukrainian fluently. I’ve always loved being around children and have grown up helping to care for them, which has given me plenty of hands-on experience. I recently got married this past March and am now looking for a wonderful family I can work with long-term. I’m currently a college student studying accounting and am open to both part-time and full-time opportunities while I continue my studies. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to assist with light household tasks and help keep things tidy. Thank you so much for taking the time to learn a little about me—I look forward to the possibility of working with your family!

$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Seattle, WA

My name is Molly. I live in West Seattle with my fiancée and pets. I am a student at Seattle Central College studying pre-nursing. I have been babysitting part time for the past year while in school and offer services in childcare. I have experiences with children of all ages. I worked as a certified medical assistant for 3 years in urgent care and sports medicine before taking time off to go back to school. My experience in childcare primarily comes from helping take care of my four nieces for the past 16 years. I also volunteered as a camp counselor for a Girl Scouts day camp every summer for 6 years, as well as for a 5th grade trip to Camp Colman. I also have experience with pediatric patients while working as a medical assistant. I am more than happy to implement your routine and parenting techniques while you’re away. I am quite flexible, if you have any questions please reach out!

Momona 1 review
$28 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Momona. I am a recent graduate from the University of Washington studied Human Centered Design adn Engineering! Some of my hobbies are hiking, swimming, and biking. I love to spend my days enjoying the outdoors with friends or family. I would describe myself to be extroverted, patient, and communicative.

Momona is truly heaven sent, and I don't say that lightly. As a mom of three little ones ages 5, 3, and 2 finding someone I fully trust to care for them has always felt nearly impossible. Thankfully, Momona came along. She is not only incredibly kind and attentive, but she intuitively understands how to care for each of my children in ways that suit their unique personalities and needs. She blends right into the flow of our days: helping my 5-year-old with early learning activities, guiding my imaginative 3-year-old through play, and keeping up with my energetic 2-year-old with endless patience. My kids absolutely love her, they get excited when they know she's coming and talk about her long after she has left. Most importantly, Momona is someone I truly trust. When I leave the house, I do so with complete peace of mind knowing that my children are safe, cared for, and happy in her presence. That kind of trust is priceless. She’s dependable, communicates clearly, and always goes the extra mile. Momona has been a blessing to our home, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for warm, capable, and loving childcare.
