Yisel 1 review
$30 per hour for 1 child

Why should a family choose me as a nanny? I am Yisel from Colombia, responsible, honest, fun, open-minded, patient, loving, dedicated, happy and pet friendly person. I love spending time with children, helping them to grow up happy, sharing my culture with them, teaching them my mother tongue and learning new things. I am a language teacher in my country, I speak Spanish, English and French, I worked as a teacher in a daycare for two years and I have experience as a nanny for more than 6 years and 3 years of nanny sharing with the same families, I love helping my children reach their creative potential and develop a harmonic cognitive process. I believe that a variety of activities are essential for the development of children. Also, the closeness to nature and engagement in building things with their own hands will stimulate their eagerness to explore and experiment. I like the key "learning by playing" because it corresponds to reality and what I like doing with children. And you can be sure that your children will have rewarding experiences with me. It would be great to become your friend, contact person, and role model for your children. I love children and care about them, so their well-being and safety are most important to me. What activities would you like to do with your host children? Depending on the ages and the climate, I would do the following activities with the children: • 0 - 6 months: Early stimulation activities with water, sand, tempera and clay. Roll balls with sound, encourage crawling, rhythm with toys, feeding support and nursery rhymes. • 1 - 2 years: Activities that help them develop their early stimulation. Play with water balloons, threading games, fishing afternoon, sandbox, games with music, games with tempera paint and rope toys. • 2 - 5 years: Dance activities to the rhythm of music, building blocks, drawing pictures with different paintings, going up and down steps, drawing, painting silhouettes, taking them to the park, teaching them my mother tongue and helping them are their language.

Yiyi worked as a part-time nanny for our son when he was 1 to 2 years old until we moved away to California. She is so kind, attentive, easy to work with and be around and helpful. She took our son out on adventures, did art projects with him ( she is a talented artist), read, sang, danced and actively engaged him. She is easy to communicate with, responsive and very reliable. I love that she speaks Spanish and English and exposed our son to Spanish. I don't think she was sick 1 day that she worked with us. She goes above and beyond, when I asked if she would be willing to come over when my husband had to be on a work trip while I was pregnant with our second child and had the flu, she said yes. I am forever thankful for her care during those very hard days. She became a part of our family and we still stay in touch. I highly recommend Yiyi!

Giulia $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi!! My name Giulia, I’m 26 and years old, and I’m from Brazil! I’m offering child care service, I’m pet friendly and comfortable with light house duties. I love being a babysitter and to watch them learn and grow! I started to work with kids at my church in Brazil, watching multiple kids at the same classroom, and babysit for some family friends during the week. I came to the US in 2018, taking care of kids from the age of 15 months to 12 years old. I love during arts and crafts, taking them to parks, museums, always engaging with them indoors or outdoors!! I drive kids to school and extra activities they have during the day.

Lorna $27 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Lorna, I’m 27 years old and I have a lot experience working with kids. I have been working with children since I was 15 years old. I started by caring for my neighbors’ and family friends’ kids, and my passion for childcare has grown ever since. After finishing high school and starting university, where I studied to become a kindergarten teacher. I worked in two daycares, where I gained experience with children of different ages and developmental stages. I also worked as a prefect in a high school for two years and as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher for another two years in two different kindergartens, helping students improve their communication skills and confidence. Most recently, I worked as a nanny in the United States for almost two years, providing full-time care and support for children while assisting with daily routines, activities, and household tasks. I love creating a positive, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and feel safe.

April $30 per hour for 1 child

Hi, I’m April and I’m an experienced pediatric RN here to help you find time to recharge while knowing your kiddos are safe, cared for, and having fun! I've worked with children from newborns to young adults as a pediatric and school nurse and babysitter. In addition, I've worked as a community RN supporting families during pregnancy and early childhood. I'm also a parent myself, so I know how much parents need time to themselves *and* how hard it is to trust anyone else with your kids. I'm certified in CPR/BLS and have extensive education in child development, allowing me to meet each child at their level. I prioritize communication and respect with both kids and parents, and I'm always happy to follow your lead. I’m also comfortable caring for pets and providing light housecleaning and meal prep.
