I am the proud mother of two young adult children who are now making their way in the world, and I am still their biggest cheerleader. As a former federal employee, I bring reliability, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility. Gardening is one of my mini passions, and I currently do part-time gardening work. I also have many years of experience, caring for children and babies. I am a mother and a grandmother. I raised my three children with love, devotion, a sense of humor, surrounded by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. They are all well adjusted adults. I have also been a caregiver/babysitter for two of my four grandchildren as a regular job, on Bainbridge Island and have taken care of all my grandchildren throughout their lives on many different occasions. I have also been a caregiver for the elderly for the past 6 years for a company that just closed its doors, unfortunately. I have two cats and have had cats all my life. They love me and I love them.

I am a mother of four wonderful children and a grandmother of 13. When my children were small, I had a daycare business in my home so I could be at home for my own children as well. I have a deep love and respect for children and I delight in their pure and unique personalities. I also love older people and respect their significance and wisdom in the world. Hello! I’m a responsible college student that is looking for a part time job with some cool kids, pups, and cats :). I’ve worked at my mom’s daycare for two years with kids ages 2-7 at the same time, and loved it! I love kids and had even taught my little brother how to read his first book by reading him his favorite story every night until he read along! I was a also a trained life guard with CPR training and was very active in my high school swim team (taught my little brother how to swim too!). I love reading kids their books they bring and watching their favorite shows and movies. Snack and play time are one of my favorite parts of the day, fueling them then getting all their energy out with exercise and fun games. I have experience working in an assisted living home as a dietary aide (and an occasional dog walker to my favorite resident)…preparing and serving food as well as having a food handlers permit. I have plenty experience with cats and dogs (I own two of both!) and am eager to learn your routine with your fur friends!
