I grew up in a big family, and from a young age I was able to gain experience in child care. It would later be something that I really enjoy and continue to want to do. I’ve generally worked with toddlers and younger kids but I love kids of all ages. I love taking them outside to play in the sun or creating art indoors. In my free time I like to read, workout, and spend time with family and friends. I mostly have availability during the weekends and some occasional week nights

Hi! My name is Jack, I am 23 years old and born and raised in Seattle. I want to become a music teacher and in the winter will begin my classes for a teaching degree. Right now I am offering childcare, pet care, and house sitting. I am an older brother of a little sister and a baby brother so I’ve been watching kids and babysitting since I was 12. Outside of my own family, I babysat through high school, including large groups of kids (group of 6 kids all under 13yo) and have experience working with kids professionally in the Seattle public system and briefly at a public middle school in Oakland CA. I also love pets! If you have any furry friends who need some attention I have lots of experience with cats and dogs. I have fostered kittens and older cats including behaviorally challenged cats. I have experience with large breeds as my family owns a Rottweiler, and I have experience dog sitting behaviorally challenged dogs as well. Some special experience I have is with instrumental coaching and beginning music skills. Hi, I’m Mady! I’m a Master of Occupational Therapy student at the University of Washington with 7 years of childcare experience and experience providing senior care. I’ve worked as a nanny, preschool teacher, instructional assistant in Seattle elementary schools, after-school tutor, and a senior companion caregiver. My experience includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, organizing schedules and appointments, grocery shopping, engaging children in play and learning activities, and providing dependable companionship and support. I have worked in school districts for 10 years plus. Most of it was with special education, children. For the last five years, I’ve taken care of my very sick husband.. He goes to Dialysis three times a week of which I have already put into the hours I can work and he also has short-term memory loss. I have a great deal of patience and empathy for those that are younger and those that may have minor mental and emotional problems. I take very seriously what it is that I do. I do not consider these individuals as lesser people. I especially love children. I have 10 grandchildren, and I taught all of them how to swim. I was a major part in their lives and as a result of my support as has been told to me by my children, my grandchildren are stable and productive individuals in the society. But I mostly love and enjoy little one’s handicapped or not.
