Hi my name is Sophia! I am currently a student at MHCC studying for nursing! I am offering child, senior, and pet care as well as some house keeping. I have been working in assisted memory senior care as an in-home care giver and also in a facility for about 5 years now. There, I prepared food, I did transferring, changes, cleaning, showering, medical applications, monitoring, feeding and behavioral and mental health as well. I don’t have much experience with children other than babysitting my nieces and nephew(toddlers and older)a little bit when I was younger but I really want to have more experience and learn more since I am currently taking a course on child development for my studies. I love children and I hope to learn more on how to care for them and how to do it well in the physical and mental aspects. I will try my best to provide a good and healthy environment for the children so they can learn and be their best selves. I have only learned to cook and clean at home and I find myself to be organized and a good thorough cleaner. So I don’t mind to offer some of my services in that! I grew up with dogs and caring for them and I love them so much as well as cats! I currently have two lovely cats and have lots of experience with cats as well. I have three much younger siblings for whose care I was responsible during summers when my parents worked their 9-5s.
