Hi there! I am 24 years old, and recently moved from NYC to LA to work at UCLA. I am a Staff Research Associate at a developmental neuroscience lab working on an important childhood development study. A huge part of my job involves working with infants, from newborn to 2 years old. I am looking for some babysitting jobs to fill my free time, and would love to help out your family! During my undergraduate years at Barnard College, | studied psychology, with a focus in childhood development. I worked in the Barnard Center for Toddler Development as a teacher for 12 2-year-olds. I have an extensive background in developmental psychology coursework, including Infant Development and Atypical Development. During the summers, I work as a head counselor and program coordinator at a sleep away camp for ages 8-17. I love cooking, and planning activities for children to do after school.

I started my studies at Olivet Nazarene University an hour south of Chicago, where I grew up but I am currently finishing my degree in Child Development Psychology while pursuing art in LA! As the oldest of 6 children I grew up playing a mom role for my younger siblings so I have spent my whole life taking care of children! While taking classes I had the opportunity to babysit and nanny so many beautiful children from newborns to preteens and also help families that had extra mental health needs as well. I am more than able to energetically keep up with children and show endless compassion and patience.
