In my youth, I started volunteering as a babysitter and tutoring in my community. Later, I went to medical school and graduated as an International Medical graduate in Ecuador, I am currently volunteering at Yale School of Medicine conducting remote research on child development while studying to take the exams for the US medical license. While in college, I practiced Andean folkloric ballet as a professional dancer which aided to sharpen my skillset for teamwork and leadership, expanding my creativity which comes in handy in activities for kids.
