Hello! My name is Melissa Luna and I have been a career Nanny for 15 years. I am currently a Nanny for a share but my contract will be over mid October so I'm looking for new families that need my help. Being a Nanny genuinely brings me so much joy and laughter and I would not want to have any other career. I am also a mom to a 16 year old girl and understand the importance of providing gentle, loving, safe and nurturing care to others children. I care for them like I would care for my own. I pride myself on being nurturing, patient, engaging, intuitive about the needs of children, an excellent communicator, organized, safety-conscious, resourceful, transparent, and an enthusiastic reader. I do not mind light meal prep or light housework. I love taking care of babies and toddlers and love to watch them grow and learn. If you would like to see my resume or schedule a chat I would love to hear from you!
“Melissa was our son’s nanny for 4 years and is truly wonderful! She is loving, nurturing, and reliable. She is a clear & effective communicator no matter the topic. She brought patience and creativity as he developed and grew. She was also proactive about planning and taking him on adventures to parks, libraries, and other local spots. To this day, our son remembers her as “kind, helpful, and playful.” If we had the opportunity to hire her again, we would in a heartbeat!”

Hello there! I’m Yelyzaveta, you also can call me Ellie — a trustworthy, experienced caregiver who’s loved working with children since I was 11. My childcare experience began with my nephew (diapers, doctor visits, feeding, baths, bedtime, homework help) and continued after I moved to the U.S. in 2022, when I lived with a family and cared for their 1-year-old and 3-year-old for over a year. My duties included meal preparation , daycare drop-offs and pickups , bathing, educational play, storytime, museum outings, and building routines that made the day calm and fun. I still help their family occasionally. I’m patient and attentive — when a child is upset I give them space, check they feel safe, and help them name and work through their feelings. I bring creativity to play (arts & crafts, building, interactive games), read aloud with enthusiasm, and support early learning and motor skills. I’m also comfortable with light household tasks while children nap, and happy to help with cooking and homework support. Outside of childcare, I work as a café lead. I hold a degree in Food Technology and plan to study something different in college. I speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian. People describe me as organized, responsible, and caring. I’m always more than happy to have a chat or a quick call with potential families so we can discuss details and make sure you feel comfortable before we begin. I’d love the opportunity to support your family and create a safe, fun, and caring environment for your children!
Hi there! I’m Scout. I’m a reliable, friendly, and creative caregiver with experience working with kids from toddler age through high school. In addition to my day job as a swim instructor in San Francisco, I’ve taught after-school programs, professionally run Dungeons & Dragons campaigns for children ages 9-16 (and casually for family and friends of all ages), and spent most of last year as a live-in caregiver for two children under 10 before the family moved out of town. I bring patience, empathy, and a love of hands-on learning to every job. Always happy to help with homework, organize crafts and games, or help keep things calm and structured during busy moments. Kids tend to feel comfortable and confident around me, and I take pride in creating a fun, supportive environment for them to learn and grow. I love how so often the littlest humans are the most authentic (and, at times, brutally and hilariously honest) of us all. I’m also a life-long cat lover (I grew up with some incredibly beloved kitties back home in NYC, and I currently have a sweet boy who loves spending his evenings switching between my roommates and my rooms for snuggles), and am always happy to help out with kitties. I’m also happy to help out with chores around the house or running errands, as I get that having a few extra tasks off your plate can make a day far less overwhelming. When I’m not working with kids or giving swimming lessons, you can find me planning my next big hike (I recently completed the Appalachian Trail), reading, spending time with my family, or working on a new D&D campaign.
“We absolutely love having Scout care for our kids. They are incredibly energetic, playful, and fully engaged. As a swim instructor, they confidently swim with the kids and actively teach them, which has been amazing for building both skills and confidence. They also jump right into imaginative play—Barbies, LEGOs, and creative games—and love getting outside for hikes and adventures. Our kids adore them, and we always felt they were safe, happy, and having so much fun. We would highly recommend Scout to any family looking for someone active, trustworthy, and genuinely great with kids.”
Hi! My name is Rebecca, I am 24 years old, and a recent graduate from UC Berkeley. I currently work part time as a Partnership Coordinator for the childcare non-profit Nurture, and as a behavioral class aide to autistic elementary students. I am Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified. I offer child care, senior care, and household services. I believe that play-based learning in a structured and nurturing environment is the key to healthy childhood development. 🌱 I love arts and crafts, can help with homework, and can drive to/from school. I love cooking and am happy to work with animals as well! 🐾 I have extensive experience in child care as I have been a family babysitter since I was 15 years old. I have also worked through IHSS as a caregiver for a high support needs autistic woman with an intellectual disability. These experiences have taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of accommodating different learning styles. Additionally, I have experience caring for an elderly family member with dementia, which then transitioned into end-of-life care. As an undergrad, I was a dedicated member of the Sage Mentorship Project. I served as a mentor and Program Director for students at Sylvia Mendez Elementary and Fairmont Elementary. I’m excited to meet you and your family! ☺️
